Boushra Elkheir is a solicitor at Elkheir Partners practising across commercial law, family law and conveyancing. Before practising law, Boushra was an award-winning journalist. She has reported for the ABC and her documentary ‘How the West Was Lost – an investigation into the NSW government’s handling of COVID restrictions in Western Sydney’ – won the Alan Knight Award at the 2022 NSW Premier’s Multicultural Communications Awards.

During her tenure in journalism, Boushra covered a multitude of stories, where she developed strong research, communication and advocacy skills. She has a strong passion for storytelling and has transitioned that skill into law, making sure her clients’ voices are heard.
