Before joining Elkheir Partners, Bash practised at one of Australia’s leading commercial law firms, where he advised clients on diverse matters including tax enquiries, commercial and regulatory disputes. He also holds a Master of Laws from Sydney University.

Our lawyer proactively investigated our client’s entitlement to a property adjustment order and found that the other party was improperly dealing with the assets of the marriage. We moved swiftly to obtain urgent freezing orders to the value of $10 million to protect our client’s interests.
In a case involving custody of children, our family lawyers persuaded the court on short notice to discharge previous final orders and issue urgent orders for young children to live with their father. We secured this outcome after issuing subpoenas and obtaining compelling evidence to support our client’s suspicions that the children were at an unacceptable risk of harm if they continued living with their mother.
In this urgent application, the other parent had relocated interstate taking the children of the relationship with them. Our lawyers successfully obtained orders for the children to NSW and live with our client.
Our client’s assets were frozen on short notice, affecting their ability to carry on business. Our family lawyers applied to the court to have the freezing orders discharged, successfully arguing the orders were unnecessary.
