Elkheir Partners (formerly Cordoba Legal) is a firm that prides itself on securing exceptional results for its clients. Known for our tenacious ability to fearlessly and effectively represent our clients, Elkheir Partners remain focused on building and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships.

The team at Elkheir Partners comprise of individuals who possess varying skillsets in differing areas of law, including commercial, criminal law, family law and property. Our firm is deliberately adept at identifying our client’s legal issues and ensuring no stone is left unturned. Our main priority is the swift and efficient resolution of our client’s matters, recognising that no issue is too big or too small to address.
Why the change in name?
At Elkheir Partners, we realised that our stakeholders, clients and team recognised us from the household name of our Partners, Kazem and Bash Elkheir. The incentive to revise the identity of our firm is a direct result of the connection between our Partners and the values they have projected since the establishment of the firm. The beauty found in a change in name is also a reflection of the expansive nature of the legal industry; to change is to grow and accept that transitioning known, trusted and established systems of practice can better equip our firm in understanding the evolving needs of our clients.
The ability to recognise change is an achievement within itself; that is, “nothing changes if nothing changes”. To change is not uncommon but an inevitable reality; it is for these reasons that our firm has collectively decided to change our name – for names are the bricks and mortar of our society. Names form the bedrock of an identity and our firm’s identity is rooted in the meaning of their household name.
